notice the things that are out of alignment. We have reached a point in time where the turmoil of the world around us is so strongly highlighting the ways in which we are out of alignment, we can no longer ignore it. We create the world we live in. Society is a reflection of the things inside each and every one of us. It is with this awareness that we realize things can not change unless we ourselves are willing to change.

Through almost a decade of spiritual seeking and gathering knowledge, the answers have become clear to me. In fact, most of the answers have been right there in front of us the whole time. Often they are the most obvious or even cliché answers. Most of us have just been too stubborn to listen and apply them. Though many of us may be acquainted with different grains of truth, our personal integration of these truths is often lacking. This book is intended to be a field guide or personal reference book to help keep ourselves in alignment with Truth. This book covers a wide range of spiritual understandings, affirmations, meditations, and inner healing.

Take the time to know yourself more fully. Take the time to love yourself more deeply. Take what resonates with you and examine what does not. Open your mind. Question your beliefs. Live your truth.

Unity Affirmation

​

I am a divine being of light,
directly connected to the source of all that is,
through the very substance that makes up my body.
Everything both seen and unseen
is made from this same divine cloth,
the fabric of the universe,
God, the very source field itself.
I can see this in the atoms
that make up every aspect of this material world,
which are actually mostly empty space.
The entire universe is mostly empty space
at the smallest and largest levels
and that empty space runs together.
I cannot even begin to differentiate
“here or there” “this or that”
when I think with this awareness.
The emptiness that makes up the atoms of “me”,
bleed right into the emptiness of the atoms of “you”
or any other “thing” I might try to identify as separate from myself.
Through this cosmic tapestry of energy and atoms
we are all intrinsically indivisible from one another.
We are all woven from and into the fabric of the universe.
United with the same divine energy
flowing through each and every one of us.
One fabric, one cloth,
but with many colors, many patterns,
many stories and many lifetimes...

After my spiritual awakening began in 2012, I began to devour all of the spiritual knowledge I could find. I dove head first into the rabbit hole of spirituality and self. Like Alice in Wonderland I awoke to find himself in a very confusing and often times scary world. Everything was backwards and upside-down. The path was long and winding, full of dark secrets, inverted truths, and endless distractions. Driven by a desire to find the truth, and understand how we ended up in this "wonderland", I continued on the spiritual path. With each grain of truth rediscovered, the light showing the path has gotten brighter. Dawning New Beliefs is the lighthouse that I have built from these sands.
